The Szostek & Shlafer family photoshoot in Huntersville, NC – Charlotte Family Photographer

When Beth contacted us, she wanted to do a family photo shoot that included her husband, Ben, and their daughter Lexi, as well as her parents and Ben’s parents.  And, all of this was to document a very special occasion…Alexis’s (Lexi’s) 1st birthday!

So, we planned to do the shoot on Saturday in Huntersville, but, when we got there it was overcast, and drizzling on and off.  We were all asking each other if we should go for it, or should we postpone? Well, Jere had heard the weatherman report that the next day was supposed to be sunshine and blue skies (why we were taking the weatherman’s word for it I don’t know).  Luckily, it ended up being the right decision because the weather was absolutely beautiful the next day!

Jere and I had a great time spending the afternoon with all of you!  You all were such a pleasure to work with.  And, we hope the parents made it safely back to Michigan.
