Jere & I could not have asked for a better day or better people to spend it with! Ryan & Matt are seriously some of the sweetest people we’ve ever met, and so are their friends & family.

We started off at Modern Salon & Spa and then it was straight to the club where Ryan & her bridesmaids got ready…

Love, love, love…Then, we headed for the Holiday Inn Center City for their rooftop reception…To say this group was having a great time at the reception would be an understatement… There were way too many great moments on the dance floor to share all of them but my favorite? Invisible jump rope, hilarious…

Ashleigh & Adam – We’re so glad we met the two of you! It’s a little hard to believe the wedding day has already come and gone! It was truly an honor getting to be a part of such a special day in your lives. And, we hope you had a great time on your honeymoon!! :)

We recently did our first collaboration shoot and we had such a fun time! All of the wonderful jewelry was provided by one of our 2011 brides, Kathleen, of Murphy Jewelry. The gorgeous gowns and bridesmaids dresses were provided by New York Bride & Groom. Lily Greenthumb’s Floral Artistry designed the beautiful bouquets. And, our lovely models, Allyson, Ansley, Caty, Kathleen and Sarah, had their hair beautifully done by Erin Thomes of 8 Salon and Susan Stallings of Fuze Salon.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, so much to everyone! It was a pleasure getting to work with and meet all of you! :)

Last weekend Maggie & Blake got married! It was such a pleasure spending the day with such a FUN couple and their WONDERFUL family and friends! Although we heard about the terrible weather around Charlotte, we were lucky enough not to see anything more than a little lightning and a few sprinkles. And, earlier, the day started off beautifully at Maggie’s parents’ home…

Breaking in the new shoes…Jere met up with the guys…A tradition in Maggie’s family…father/daughter time before heading to the church. Not gonna lie, I got a little teary-eyed… Thank you for allowing us to document this chapter of your love story…it was an honor. Jessica & Jamie’s wedding in Mooresville, NC :: Charlotte Wedding Photographer

Jessica & Jamie were married last Saturday at The Point in Mooresville, NC. After beautiful weather for both their engagement session and Jessica’s bridals, Jessica joked that there would probably be rain on the wedding day…and she was right. But, luckily, the rain held off most of the day.

Jessica & Jamie decided to do a “first look” and we were so happy that they did. It makes for such a relaxed wedding day and plenty of time for all the formals. Also, I think as an added bonus, you get to spend more of your actual wedding day with your soon-to-be husband or wife. This was definitely one of our favorites from the day…

Obviously, the toasts were really funny…
