When we were deciding on a date to get together and do these photoshoots, this past Saturday was the only one that worked for both of us. Little did we know that was the best Saturday we could have picked! Tina stumbled across this peach orchard days before the shoot and come to find out, these little pink blooms only last for 7 to 10 days! So, we definitely think the timing of everything happened just the way it was supposed to. :)
I have to say with all of the outfits, the books, the bikes, the oranges, the camera, the telephone…you did an AMAZING job!!! Jere and I are truly inspired by you.

The camera belonged to Tina’s dad and he gave it to her not long before he passed away. So, we thought it was a great idea to incorporate it into some of the shots.
Okay, so as we were walking through the orchard, Tina asked me if I had ever seen the movie “The Sandlot.” And, I (probably) responded something like, oh yeah, yeah, I used to watch that all the time growing up. Well, Tina told me that her boys watch that movie in the car all the time on long trips so over time she realized that there was a character in the movie named ‘Yeah-Yeah’ because he said “yeah, yeah” in EVERY sentence. After hearing this, Tina asked Jeff, “who actually says that???” And, Jeff replied, “well honey, actually, you do.”
Well, back in the orchard, it was brought to my attention that I am a ‘yeah-yeah’ girl too! ”Yeah, yeah, that’s a great idea”…”yeah, yeah, let’s do that.” I never noticed how much I say that until the rest of the day we kept catching each other. So, some of you out there might be a ‘yeah-yeah’ like us and you didn’t even know it.

THANK YOU for contacting us with this great idea! We had so much fun spending the day with all of you. And, let’s definitely get together when you all are in Charlotte again.
